Credit Card Help

Hi there, first time poster!
Anyways, I recently (last few months) got round to sorting out my debts (credit cards from uni, new house stuff, and living a lifestyle beyond my means!!)
Anyway, my current debts are:
HSBC Graduate account (£1,200 overdraft (£1,500 limit),of which £500 intrest free. Paying about £3 per month intrest at the minute)
Barclaycard cc (£1950, 0% until January)
Halifax cc (£2,000) 0% until february
The current plan is...get an alliance and leicester premier current account, to get the £1,000 0% intrest offer for 12 months on the overdraft.
Try and pay off the barclaycard by January when the 0% offer ends.
Now, the main question I have is:
I see Barclaycard have a 6.9% for life of balance transfers on offer to existing customers. In reality, come January, when 0% deal ends on barclaycard, I will have have some halifax card left (only paying minimum at the moment), and overdraft to get rid of (which I can see being at around £1,000) and need to help my partner with some of her debts. Will the 6.9% offer still be around in January time, or is it likely to be withdrawn? If so, would the better option be to clear the barclay card now (by balance transfer), then balance transfer back upto the limit, at the 6.9% LOB?
A bit long winded I know, but thanks for your help!!
