Thanks everyone for your support, To everyone thst is going through the same thing today GOOD LUCK and we will have to catch up later.

Im now ready for the biggest day of my life (or the worst/best day of my life) I have put my best suit on have been up since 6am just looking at the clock my son is going to my friends for 8.15.

hi, good luck for today. Everything will be fine, just remember to tell the judge if asked where you got your help from, e.g. citizens advise or cccs.

Both me and my OH have been though it, i went back yesterday to try and get a court fee back - well its worth a try!!!! lol
