Presently at Halfords, the price for annual bicycle maintenance package, including unlimited labour and a full annual service is just £14.99. I've used it myself, and it's excellent. If there's ever any problem with your bike, just take it down to them, and it's covered by the policy. It's a one-off payment, so if you choose to just pay for one year, you can. The annual service included is very thorough and keeps your bike in top nick! I use my bike every day to cycyle to work, and this policy has proved invaluable.
