try http://www.scarletmist.com/default.asp there aren't any there at the moment, but there have been. There isn't a notification feature so you have to keep checking back.
I've used it to buy and sell tickets before without any problem.0 -
Keep your eyes peeled on seetickets and ticketmaster as well as they often release more nearer the time. They always release batches even after they claim it's sold out. TBH the nearer the festival gets the easier it often is to pick up tickets especially through places like scarletmist.0

If you are brave you could do what I always do for Leeds tix?
Leave it until the Thursday (day before), do an ebay search for within 50 miles of you and then offer the seller cash on collection. At that stage sellers usually just want to get rid of the ticket and will take a low price rather than nothing. By collecting and paying cash you are also covering yourself. I had 3 adult weekend camping last year for £150 in total by doing it this way.
Of course, you run the risk of not getting any though.0 -
God, that was a bargain !
It might unintentionally come to that at this rate.
Thanks,

It was, and I've done it twice that way now. Last time I had to do a 70 mile round trip to collect, but the seller was a genuine guy who just couldnt go at the last minute, got 2 tickets from him and the third from a girl 3 miles away :rotfl:
Its a bit of a pain sending out dozens of "ask seller a question" the day before, but worth it if you persevere. As I say, at that point a lot of sellers are just happy to make a little bit on the ticket than nothing at all.
Good luck0 -
Your 2 years too late as Gill wanted to go in 2008! :rotfl:0
