I had applied through the Sun newspaper for a free cut and finish and 25% off a colour. Didn't hear from them, so phoned up to complain and they put me in touch with a local salon where I have made a booking for next Tuesday, under the terms of the offer. It is a top notch hairdresser, so it should be a real treat. I have also got a letter through from them advising that a £50.00 mystery gift will be waiting for me.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.
