Repsession hearing 30th June - need some help.

Ok, hope this is in the right place.
We have a mortgage with GE Money (for our sins) and i have a 10k redemption penalty that finishes on the 19th August 2008.
We are wanting to go for repo, and i would like to request 56 days to take us past the 19/8 so we dont have as much to pay - will the judge allow this or is the total amount payable calculated on the 30h june and that is it? Can anyone help?
We have 3 young children, but oh has a new job in bristol and so do i - we live in the midlands. We have found a place to rent, but obviously the judge is not to know this.
We have the house on the market but intrest as yet.

You can apply for an extension to 56 days as you have 3 young children so this means your house will not be sold during this time if granted.
