Hiya ... not taking as nagging at all, not at all, ok.
Am I still off the fags? Yep!! Two small "social" lapses - but I haven't bought any - which for me is the key.

Easy? Nope!!!!!
... and I am trying hard to keep my mind 100% off fags - and want to get some mileage in - big time - before maybe I go back on the thread to encourage others - at the moment tbh - and I don't mind admitting it - still far too vulnerable.
