Hair dryer

My hairdryer gave up at the weekend and I am therfore looking for a replacement. It has to be at least 1600 watt, cable has to be at least 2 meters long, have at least 2 settings on it, preferably compact in size and one which does not require you to hold in the button to keep the hairdryer going!
Any suggestions?

THANKS! I have over £90 worth of Boots points so I suppose I might get a hairdryer there. Must go and take a look to see what they have online.0 -

LX Direct have a Nicky Clarke Frizz Control Dryer (frizz control ionic technology!!!) - 2000 watt - 6 heat/speed settings and 'salon length cable' (not sure how long that is!) with 4 section clips and 2 rollers for £16.99 in the sale - if you've not purchased before and use the £10 plus free delivery - works out at £6.99.0

This is the hairdryer I got. It is a fantastic hairdryer but it is bulky but not heavy. I am delighted with it so THANKS for recommending it to me.0 -
Oh I forgot to say that Gordons Chemist have a hairdryer for sale and it is only £9.99!! It is similar to the one I bought but do not know how good it is, obviously!!0

LOL we did a table top sale this morning and I couldn't give away a hairdryer matching that description, I replaced my travel hairdryer recently with an ionic one and this was surplus to requirements.0

You would have thought someone would have bought it as a Christmas present. I suppose it is a bit like the X Factor result, unpredictable!!0
