4 mortgage payments missed need new mortgage

Options
Hi can anyone help!!!

Going through a particularly nasty divorce and my ex missed 4 mortgage payments on a house we rent out he also left the house me and the kids are in in arrears, i have since got the payments up to date and are all being paid on time. My problem is that i need a mortgage and the 4 missed payments goes against me plus my ex has been missing payments left right and centre on other loans whereas i have been paying my way for me and my two kids without his help. So can you help me as it seems i am guilty by association but i have been the only one paying my way and have been stuffed by him. Can't wait until we are divorced so his dealings will no longer affect me and the kids i am now going to have to pay for his actions.

Cheers

    Hi lenny1969,

    Welcome to MSE!

You would be best to post on the Mortgages board, at the top of the main list. If you have any probs finding it, let us know and I'll PM a Boardguide to move it for you x
    Gone ... or have I?
