Well I get on a mission every now and then!

    To date...

Golden Virginia - Complained as the bottom of the seal was not quite fitting. Called them and got sent 3 packs free and also my postage back!

Mayfair Cigs - Sent out an empty pack and a letter stating that the pack was not sealed. Got sent out a free pack of 20 and again the postage back.

Called Hobnobs told them by biscuits were soft - Recieved a £2.00 voucher

Pot Noodle - Called them to say that the pot was nearly empty, Recieved £2.00 voucher.

Walkers Crisps - Called to say that my cheesy moments were soft, got sent a £2.00 voucher!

REAL crisps, sent a pack to them with a short cover letter - recieved A HUGE BOX OF VARIOUS FLAVOURS and a massive apology!

Pampers nappies - Sent off a letter to explain the seals (sticky bits) were not attached properly - recieved a voucher for £20.00 to buy a box of nappies!

Carling Lager - Bass sent me £6.00 worth of vouchers as my one tin was flat!

    ummm.... need i go on???

Just try your luck they always will send you something back!!!
