    No, not the sack just questioned as to her attitude to customers and perhaps retraining.....

    It just so happens to be the bank, it could have been any service provider. Anyone who deals with the public as part of their employment should do so with politeness and professionalism.

    BTW - not one of my creditors, an operator at my bank...
