What are they playing at?

This originally went up at 200K in Feb then dropped to 185K in April.
It went under offer and back on the market in the same day recently.
It then went under offer again the following day at 185K.

Its now gone from 185K to 220K without changing its 'offer' status!
200K is what it came on the market at in Feb because they asked if i wanted to view, which i didn't!

Whats the EA playing at?
I think they're trying to 'talk' the market up because i've seen a few price changes recently on their site e.g. changed from '150K' to 'offers over 150K'.

I think its Mr.B (who i think lives near me) going in putting very low offers in before the green shoots start to grow bigger.

I suppose bumping up the asking price means they can offer it at '15% off' soon. It might sucker someone who's particularly simple?

basically because the price change has come after it's gone STC it seems to me they are trying to find a 'greater fool' for the seller, while the negotiations are ongoing. It also makes it appear to people without access to property bee , that the agent has achieved a far higher price than they actually have.
    It's a health benefit ...
