I jotted down a quick (I mean very quick) I&E for my forms and we didn't even go over it when I had my OR interview. I still don't know about IPA etc. and I'm nearly 3 months in.

I am new to this site but had to ask is this correct that the official receiver is using out of date figures to calculate Income Payments Agreements as it appears in that link?

As said the link may be out of date as costs have risen since then...petrol , food ...well everything actually!

    Good to meet you BFH

BTW...are you another meatloaf fan by any chance??...just wondered?

While some my think i should find this embarassing, i am bumping it anyway, as it seems fitting right now.

Why? Because I started this family expenditure issue, but my warning seems to be getting lost................................................................and that saddens me

I have swallowed my pride more than once in my time here, as this thread proves...............once more wont make any differance
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

I remember helping out a friend years ago & getting really frustrated cos she wouldn't listen (problem was nothing to do with Br but blokes...)lol.

I was complaining to another friend that I was really sad that she wouldn't listen as I could see where it was all going.

I was told: You can offer all the advice in the world, but what they do with it is up to them... Very wise words.

I still get frustrated when I offer advice, to the point that I just want to get on the phone, or drag the person off to do whatever they are complaining about. iykwim.lol.

It is depressing when people have a go at you for your advice, or do the opposite. But I have learnt to stand back and try not get personally involved. It is very hard esp when you care about people as I'm sure most do on here.

Without the support from peoples like BAAB, FYP, Dalip, Peachy, Philnicandamy, debtinfo, debt doc, Tigerfeet2006 to name a few there would be a lot more depressed people in the world.

It's a shame that those few trolls - who probably have their own problems but are to ashamed to ask for advise - can't see that.:(
