Problems with Eversheds

Hi Guys,

Would any of you kind ladies and gentlemen have a look at a thread posted on the Bankruptcy board about problems with Eversheds.

Hi, 1st time on forum-please bear with.
Have got a bit of a debt problem with northern Rock who seem to have passed my debt on to Eversheds.
Got a very vicious and nasty threatening phone call from them late one night - I can make things very difficult for you - and - i can make you suffer- were just two of the comments. Advised to write but they keep ignoring letters and phoning all through the day and late into the evening even after small offer of payment they still threaten court action.
Can anyone advise me at all???

people shouldnt talk to these things just hang up and do it by letter , i had one like that from intrum justicia when i has debt issues he said a bloke would visit and i said i would tell him to bog off they said i dont think you will all you will do is pay him rma said they were going to send a bloke to my home or then work again i wouldnt refuse him , any way i was always ready my aim ask them to leave or i would remove them with extreme force .
well what i didnt no then ws no one ever came and when one did 2 years after the chat with intrum justicia he was 70 polish guy who stayed he after the war , a friend of mine had a bloke about 50 who raised his voice at him in the hope the next door would here he only did it once [fool] wasnt a good judge of what type of chap he was talking to . so all remember its all threats and intimidation and if you are threatened via the phone record it if you wish to take it further and hand all documents recordings etc to the police and demand to make an official complaint then they have to look inb to it .
