difficulties with Pigsback

Hi all!
Is anyone else having problems claiming their rewards from Pigsback? I ordered a £10.00 Boots voucher a couple of weeks ago and went through the whole mobile validation process. After a couple of days the sent me a message saying they didn't have an address for that transaction so they were canceling it
. They added my points back on and since then I've tried to redeem my points again but now it's saying I don't have enough points- even though it clearly shows on my account that I have more than enough points. I just don't understand it, has anyone else had these problems, or is it just me

I have had loads of problems with vouchers not arriving, I ended up just donating all my points to charity and leavingthe site!0
