Hi Lynn44, Yes I did get the official "out of stock" letter from Zavvi Direct. Since then (after chasing emails/calls for stock update/refund with no joy) I contacted my CC Co (Halifax) and sent them copies of all emails etc. They have now refunded my money and are investigating - Hooray! For more info I know there are quite a few threads on here re. Zavvi Direct
ps: Hope you manage to get a refund too0 -
