Best value make up remover?

Hi,
I currently have some quite old make up remover, which can't be good for me really! (It is a Safeway one, that's how old it is!). So thought I should get some more. Any recommendations?

I use the OCM and it takes off the most stubborn of waterproof mascaras (and soooooooooooo cheap)

I use Clearasil Blackhead removing Cleanser with cotton wool from Home Bargains, its brilliant and was under 2 quid as I recall, it contains sea salt I think

You'll laugh but...

I use Johnson's baby wipes. It sounds ridiculous but they remove all make-up (including stubborn mascara/eyeliner!), they're fairly cheap, come non-perfumed and don't leave your skin remotely greasy afterwards.
