recommend a ladder?

can any one suggest a ladder, which will reach the guttering of a 2story house and also convert to A frame. not 2 expensive but good quality, have seen some on screwfix .com but would appreciate some help. thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know if you have bought one yet, but, I am in the same boat as you are/were and I really appreciate your feedback if you have bought one by now.
I had a look online and the cheapest I could find was £89.99 for a 4.3m folding ladder.Be nice, life is too short to be anything else.0
