Renting out space on drive.

Obviously not meant to make money.
Put a space on my driveway on various sites months ago. I have now rented it out for a week for £10 (which I was asking but forgot to mention only Mon to Fri). So I have rented it out for one week including a weekend.
Will honour the deal but have just read the small print and on my first let I have to pay £20 admin charge plus VAT.
I am actually going to be out of pocket.
Knew I was never meant to be rich.
Any ideas anyone???
