Problems with CCCS

I have been in a DMP with CCCS for around 18 months now. I was contacted by them 2 months ago saying i need to increase my payments. I told them that I was earning no more and agreed to cancel my sky subscription to free up an extra £20 a month. I was told that this wasn't enough and was forced to reduce my food bill, which also includes toiletries, clothing and cleaning materials by £20.

I have contacted them after 2 payments to say that I am struggling with this due to increased cost of living and petrol, to be told i need to budget better.

They do not seem to be prepared to help and say that I should be able to budget or cannot go on with a DMP. They have forced my monthly payments from £130 - £170 a month on £41k.

I don't know what to do now as I can't afford to live. My plan includes only household bills and gives me nothing for a life.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem with the CCCS?

I don't know what to do next as I feel my only option is bankruptcy and losing my house.

Thanks
