Hi Morgan, I've started offering my F&F settlement offers at 30%. Most have said no  , so I've gone up to 50% now - but that's it. I'm waiting to hear from a few so will let you know how I get on. Just a word of warning though, NEVER accept a Partial Settlement as they CAN and WILL come back for the rest at a later date  - good luck, and hope it all goes well for you. Babbit

This Morgan, i can't answer for you
- all you can do is try - expect a long drawn out negotiation though, I've been waiting 3 weeks for a reply from HSBC!

As long as you have made the same offer to all parties, it shouldn't be a problem. The main idea of a DMP is that all your creditors are treated equally so there shouldn't be any contention here. For those that don't agree, you may need to adjust the monthly amount you are paying to them to take into account those that have settled, but i'd hold off on that until you have recoupped the amount spent on the F&F'sAfter falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

I'd keep the offers low and wait for the credit crunch to kick in, then the banks will be more willing to settle.Barclaycard 3800
