i know how you feel pesky i had to blag a slot, which was damn hard. i found all the household stuff i wanted sold out and all the branded and a lot of the childrenwear and i ordered at 8pm only 3 hours ater the sale started!!!Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

Placed my order over the phone at 5.10pm because my vip sale link wouldn't connect..... spent over £800 but credit limit not changed to reflect that amount.... does that mean my whole orders not been processed???0

after being told very firmly by CS that I definately would not get a slot this time, no way hose, not in a million years etc etc I logged onto my account just now and have got one!
It is at 2:30 on friday though so I don't hold out much hope on getting everything that I want!:smileyheaRachel xx0 -
Well, finally placed my order. What a performance. I had lots of items in 'my basket', and when i tried to check out I got a message saying 'sorry, unable to complete my request',:mad: after perservering with this for ages, taking me out of my time slot - so i couldn't log out, log back in and start again - I rang Next up. Fortunately they let me place my order over the phone, but items that were in stock when i was online were now out of stock :mad: To add insult to injury the person on the end of the phone was so slow, and i had to repeat order codes upto 3 times.
Ahh well, at least I got some of my things:rolleyes: , and I will be at Next at 5am on saturday to try to get the things i missed out on.0 -

Snap!... was just the same for me! What a nightmare. I had my vip slot a 5pm. Got my mum to look after my son so I could give my shopping my full attention. After shopping for an hour and a half I got the same message, unable to complete my request, wouldn't let me view my basket. They also allowed me to place my order over the phone but it was not as simple as it sounds! Firstly it takes about half an hour on hold then u get transfered to about 3 other people and yep U end up in India to place your order, it was a very slow process.
I still wasn't happy because I hadn't finished browsing when the site went down. After my son came home and I put him to bed I hit my back button several time and I was back in sale shopping department so I tried my hand shopping where I'd not had chance to look before. It allowed my to put items in my basket but at full price. After another long hold to next customer services, I explained the situation, they told me I could place the order over the phone again, explained I would rather not because of the length of time it takes and I'd been trying to shop since 5pm by this time it was about 9:30pm. He told me to continue placing my shopping online and they would put a price adjustment on my account. After I'd placed my order I contacted cs again to clarify this would happen and they have it all documented on my account. Fingers crossed everything will be ok.
I am now exhausted and I haven't left the house! Sure it would be easy to actually brave the crowds on Saturday morning! Lol0 -
I got up this morning for my 7am slot but most of the childrenswear was gone. I had made a big list yesterday, probably of about 70 items and only managed to get about 10 of them. Hardly anything left in boys.0

That happened to me, too! So weird. Maybe they opened up a bunch more yesterday to make for any "unclaimed" slots (which I'm sure there's a lot of from people that never check their e-mail, etc.) FWIW, I never got an invitation e-mail and had logged on SEVERAL time all week - but yesterday when I logged on, there was a screen to book a slot!
