I just logged into my account and got offered a slot - its taken until now though to get one, and the first one is Thursday so have booked it but its 7am, I doubt I will get up!

in my past experience we have qeued up for 2 hours b4 the 5 am opening,theres not much point as within 10 mins the shop is jam packed, be prepared for pushing and shoving ect, just grab what u want and then go through your bags afterwards,put back things u dont want,the wait at the tills is the worst as this takes ages,also ckeck your recipts when you get home as in the past ive been charged twice for one item, just try to be calm and enjoy!!!!! hope this helps

Can someone give me some advice for my vip slot please? Do you only have the half hour to get your order completed, or can you take longer as long as you've logged in within your half hour slot? (I'm asking because my computer seems to be on a go-slow at the moment so it could take a while to fill my basket! )

You need to log-in in the given time but can take as long as you like. I don't think you can log out and log in again though.

once you have logged out u cannot log back in, not that i get to do it this year, no slot for me,:eek:

I thought that if you placed an order & then needed to add more you could log back in again as long as its within your 30 min slot? I hope so as my list is more than the 70 max with family members adding to it!

i would try and get everything you are wanting on your list before logging out, someone else might know differently but i thought that once you have done your shopping and gone through checkout that was it, dont know about logging out before your 30 minutes are up but personally i wouldnt just incase you cant get back in, to b on the safe side, hope this helps,:rolleyes:

i wasnt lucky enough to get VIP slot,does anyone know when anyone can start ordering.i phoned them having a moan and got told they were not allowed to add anyone on to VIP sale,no mention of phone slots either.have many of you been succseful in getting these?is it worth another call to C.S
