M&S in store vouchers and offers - please update

Back in April, M&S were giving some £4 off £20 on food leaflets at the clothes tills, and by chance I was shopping there so got a few of those (each leaflet had 4 weeks worth of vouchers) and managed to save £4 every time I shopped there for the following month.

However, I can't go to M&S every week and check if there are new offers, especially since they didn't advertise these. In fact, the leaflets were lying around on the tills, and the first time I shopped on that day I was not even given one. Had to go back and ask for one. Also, M&S is not the cheapest place to shop, so I tend to go there rarely. However these types of vouchers make ti worthwhile.

So I decided to start this thread and ask if someone knows anything about vouchers and coupons they might update here. Or perhaps one of the mods could create a thread specifically for this. If not, this thread will just be buried in 1 day, but it was worth a try. If this is a duplicate post, please remove it.

There is a post on here about friends and family weekend Thurs til Sunday this week. If you know any M&S staff you can get a 20% off voucher to use all weekend. I have 3 of these if anyone wants to pm me. Send an sae and you can have one.

BTW pcg do you know about the voucher for £10 off a £20 clothing spend you get when you buy £250 worth of currency at M&S bureau de change? It is running until 13th July. Voucher to be spent by 20th July
