XBOX 360 premium + gears of war £149.97

@ currys there going clearence at that price tomorrow, not as a package deal....

its the xbox 360 premium with the gears of war packaging (old game now) thats y its gone down to that price

there is one box left at where i work gonna buy one tomorrow, unless someone tells me i can get it cheaper elsewhere...........

i also found a wireless entertainment box (contains PGR racing 3, and a wireless controller whihc is normally like £30) for just £4.97!!!! gonnaa see if i can get away with buy a couple (cos the manager normally says u can only buy one when bought with an xbox360)

been wanting a new console for ages and now that exams are over for me this is perfect timing for this bargain to appear

so u get: 360 premium console, gears of war PGR 3 and an extra controller for a
total of £154.98


i was gonna hide it in the stock room somwhere and wait for the price to drop even more but i know one of those !!!!!!s at work will find it and buy it for themselves so i have to act quickly and gt it tomorrow


can this deal be beaten anywhere else?

I've been to 2 stores in Southend, and neither have this offer, or heard of it. Checking the national stock, I noted that very few 'Premiums' were being kept. Perhaps they are phasing these out in favour of the 'Pro'

go to currys and ask them to do a stock search u will see some stores still have them in stock (probably gone by now)

the only down side is, this console does not have the hdmi port which the new version of premiums have, but u could always buy the hd vga cables which work on this neway!

im not making it up cos iv bought it

ok go and try this

ask a staff member to do a stock check for you and give them this product code: 007711 and take a look at there screen if there stock file is showing zero ask them to click the search area button and it will give you a list of all stores in the country which have it in stock and ask them to ring that store and reserve it.

i know it sounds like a price which is to good to be true but that should prove im not makin it up^^^^^

look man im telling u next time u go into a currys store approach someone at or near a terminal where u can see there screen and ask them to enter that product code and see what price comes up on the till

then ask them to do a search of the area, i bet u by sunday(when clearance prices are lowered or changed) the price would hav dropped more i just gt it straight away b4 another person got in on it

they have some unbelievably cheap stuff lying around there stock room i remeber i found these xbox steering wheels at 1p yes thats right 1p i bought like 7 of em.....

and evry few months ps2 and even some 360 titles go down to 97p!
