OK people - just logged on so hope everyone is having a good morning. By the look of a few posts not quite sure - will go back and re-read them in a mo but for the moment I need to scream. Just got back from a mobile phone shop job which was fine so decided to check bank balance - still no money from GAP. I mean seriously - come on!! My only reasoning would be that I did two MS shops on 29 and 31 May (my first ever 2 for GAP) and the only reason I can think I haven't been paid is that they were close to the end of the month - is there a cut off date? I e-mailed GAP before and got a reply about 5 days later saying the Control Dept would be in touch if any problem but as far as they could see there was no problem. I've just e-mailed them again to say still no money. It's only about £20 as they were my first ever two but still..... I really want to make sure things are OK before I do any more work for them. Any ideas, anyone..........

Could someone PM me the list? I'll have to go through it though, and see how many operate here, I suspect many are UK only.

Timmne, congratulations on your upcoming wedding, wishing you and your good lady the best of luck for your life together.

  • I am still getting the error message when I try to go onto Gap's website. I have tried e-mailing them but got a failure message. I don't really fancy logging in when it is not secure. Has anyone else had any joy getting in touch with them? TIA

So far I've registered with about 25 Companies - most are MS ones but a few are for Focus Groups, Surveys etc.

I've done quite a bit of work for 6 of the MS Companies, but others either haven't had work in this area yet, or it's been too far (or not financially worth it!) as I don't drive.

I printed off a list last year & there are hundreds of names on it!

When I decided to start Mystery Shopping again earlier this year (did it originally 25 years ago) I just registered with a few, then gradually a few more over the months.

Every so often I'm just going to apply to so many at a time & hope they have work here!
    ;)

    LOL :D

There was a robbery in progress as I entered.:rotfl:

I always hated banks as I felt they were condescending and looked down their noses at people like me who are always overdrawn. A few years ago my husband asked me to go to our local one to pay a bill. I kept "forgetting" Finally I thought I'd better go and lo and behold there was blokes there with guns and told me also to lie on the floor ( It never even struck me as odd when I waltzed in all the customers were on the floor.)

Come tea time my husband came home and in an exasperated tone said had I gone to the bank. When I said I couldn't pay the bill as it was being robbed when I went in he didn't believe me till it came up on the tv news.:rotfl:
