Well - I am now debt free. After lots of tooing and frooing and sticking up for myself - I have reached a financial settlement with my ex employer - not enough to retire on but enough to set up a pension with and use it to clear debts (may just stick with my 0% card for a while) and to pay for a superior room at a 5 star hotel in Positano (nr Naples) for my mate's wedding next year:j :j :j :j :j

What was even better for me I managed to renegotiate the fees that my solicitor wanted to take instead of 30% I got them down to 10%:money: :money:
