helping oh to do his repayments and to work out exactly what he owes and to whom was so strange,national debtline advised us to look up his credit file with experian etc,when we did we were shocked to find that his credit seemed to be ok.................he is about 23k in debt!!!!!!!one of his debts has got settled in the file,is this because a dca is dealing with it do you think?others say satisfied and some are not even on file?? it also says that he is only using around 40% of the credit available to him..anyone able to shed some light please.
cant understand at all.

Hi,
You need to check all three credit agencies - Experian, Equifax and Callcredit. Different companies use different agencies. It can be confusing!!! I check all three, and my mortgage doesn't show on any of them. And that is definitely my biggest debt!!
