Worked as soon as I logged in (Nectar site) and I'm not a Talk Talk customer.

No I haven't, but I can recommend that you dont get involved with talktalk/ AOL regardless of what they give you to sign up. AOL has been nothing but bother since it merged with talktalk. Constantly losing connection, modem cant find AOL, and dont even get me started on their customer service!

Tell me about it! They messed up my BB and started charging me more, rang and complained so they reduced it to silver price without dropping my speed they promised. 2 months later, I got 503speed tonight!! Emails are ignored, I get fobbed off if I ring then so when I had to ring CW over a phone order and he tried to sell me their products I told him what I thought of them lol. Course its not them *sigh*

Oh so it not just me then - waiting from a response from the store or area manager for a mis sold AOL "upgrade" when what I really wanted was FREE broadband.
I could kick myself for signing up to it but have managed to get out of it by calling about 20 times.
CPW customer service is absolute rubbish - they don't seem (after reading some posts on here& my own experience) to take complaints seriously.
Now if anyone can point me in the right direction for cheaper broadband & free international calls to Canada - that isn't Talk Talk let me know.

Shal Lz, 18185.co.uk have calls to Canada for 0.5p/min and have a look at Martin's article for cheaper broadband if you haven't already.

Have a look at the Cheap International Calls article too.
  • Ive just done it and it worked fine for me :)
