Trust deed enquiry... please help!

I've recently relocated abroad and am currently under a Trust Deed in Scotland. Where I have 2 and half years left to pay off the trust deed then I will be Debt Free in UK. I have now settled in my overseas country and have no intention of going back to the UK.

My inquiry is basically to cancel my trust deed monthly payment in Scotland and go bankrupt in UK.
My trust deed company don't know that I have moved abroad, and I am paying via my English bank account.

Can you provide me with some advice if I take this action questions are as, Notify the Trust Deed that I wish to go bankrupt, and what will the steps be to take this route as follows:

1. Will I have to go back to the UK and go to court ?
2. Will I need to provide any further income and expenditure evidence that I cannot afford the trust payment ?
3. Will it be basically that the Trust Deed will handle the case and organise the bankruptcy on my behalf without me attending any interviews etc..

I look forward to hearing from you

Might be worth posting this one on the bankrupcy board.
Too long ago since i looked at bankrupcy abroad - i think there is something about being resident in the uk while bankrupt, but can't remember now. sorry.
