The blue forms have come. What next?

I've messed up my arrangement with payplan. I don't know what to do now.

Basically i've received what I think are CCJ court payments for Northampton Crown Court regarding my barclays overdraft of £2700.

Can anybody tell what happens next? I have no idea what to do!

Shall i contact payplan? I am back to resuming my normal payments to them when i get paid next week.

Obviously it's not a good idea to ignore this claim. Does this mean I have a CCJ already? I'd like to stop it and not go to court if poss.

Thanks for reading.

Definitely talk to PayPlan. They should help you through the process.

You don't have the CCJ yet, but the forms are the first step.

Can my creditors still issue me with a County Court Judgement?

As a DMP isn't legally binding creditors could still take action against you. As Payplan have many years experience and have a great relationship with the creditors this is less likely to happen. However Payplan would continue to support you if any of your creditors applied to the court for a CCJ. Even if a creditor applied to the court for a CCJ the payment should remain similar to what you are paying through Payplan.

    Thanks.

So if i keep to an arrangement with them I won't have a CCJ on my file? Or is this the beginning of the end now?

    Thanks

They have started court proceedings but may stop them if you convince them that you will maintain the payments and repay the missed payment. I'd do as Fermi suggests and contact Payplan. You have only a set amount of time to get the forms sent back to the court. (2 weeks i think)
