Hiya, this was on a few weeks ago too.

Just a word of warning, make sure you double check the final price for the order which is sent in the delivery email. I was charged £30 instead of £21 (although I got a refund of £9 by calling customer services)

These towels are brilliant. I bought 12 bales when they were on a couple of weeks ago.

The '3 for 2' offer isn't showing for me. The best price I could get for 6 bales was £36 (plus Quidco).

I bought the towel bales last time they were on offer - disappointing.

The largest towel is too small & the thread count seemed a little spartan.

M@S home page
Click on 20 % and a new window will open
Click on photo of towels 20% off
A new window will appear and there you will see towel bale
under which is 3 for 2 offer , click on this and the towels will be shown

I can only get the price down to £36 too, its not showing the 3 for 2, although i followed the links stated above, how annoying.

I took up the offer a couple of weeks ago and they are great value. Ideal handy presents to keep in the cupboard too!

I bought these and they are not the usual M&S quality. They lost their softness in few washes.

I had to call customer services, but the final price was £24, not £21, as the towels worked out at £5 per bale (e.g £7.50 x 3 = £22.50, minus £7.50 = £15, x 2 lots of 3 bales = £30), then £30 - 20% =£24, ah well still a good bargain, and most of my towels are falling apart so this is a great buy and very useful too!
