I haven't tried this site, merely bookmarked it as it seemed a bargain. It is in Australia, where they pack the DVDs differently, but for £9.34 + P+P you get half a series on DVD. I think. Have a look at

best uk price is £34.97 each for seasons 1- 4 at https://www.amazon.co.uk i was lucky enough to get them at virgin when the spend £50 get £20 off deal was on. girlfriends xmas a bargain
if you want to get them outside uk, remember postage plus customs duty (just your luck if you get charged or not) i have used this company before when i got her buffy stuff
