Toluna 15,000 Survey?

I am at work and finally managed to find a contact page on Toluna to complain that I never got my points. It was a survey I done for 15,000 points and then I joined this shop and scan type thing (wasn't actually called shop and scan). I never ever got my points. Just hoping someone knows the name of the company?
