Has anyone recieved anything from Promod?

I won a £5 voucher from Promod when they had their instant win competition, I recieved the voucher code and used it to buy a necklace but i haven't recieved it.

I have the order confirmation email and my log in details saved but its not recognising my details when I try to log in or track order

Has anyone else used their vouchers yet?

I ordered mine a coupe of days ago and had an email to confirm dispatch yesterday I think. Will let you know if it arrives.

I ordered a scarf which came the other day. I had the same problem with the site not recognising my details etc. It turns out that when i put in my first order that it didn't register with them so i had to place the order for a second time. I recieved it about 5 days after that. Hope you recieve your necklace soon. They should email you to tell you when it's on it's way.

Thanks everyone, chezas looks like same thing happened to me, it didn't register my order so I have placed it again, hope it will go through this time
