zg6833 is also for first time orders as I noticed when I used it for the thomas aquadraw..they deducted the price with £10 off and free delivery and then I just checked my account and they haven't taken it off as it wasn't my first order..

Did anyone get a confirmation e-mail for their order? My order went through fine but I got no e-mail and nothing has been charged to my credit card. When I go to their website and do 'track my order' it says 'this service is not available'?? Is it me?

I got my confirmation email last night to say that it is in stock,and will be delivered on Thursday.

Can't believe this - just phoned them to see if they'd received my order and after 10 years of faffing about on the computer they tell me that cos I'd had a bit of trouble with them 7 years ago (owed them £150 which I paid 6 years ago) they wouldn't take my order!!! I explained that I didn't want an account and that I'd entered my cc details but he said there was some kind of block on my address! To be fair, the guy was really nice, but I only wanted to buy a coat and pay straight away!!! Made me feel like some sort of criminal or something!
