Info Needed - Lloyds-tsb

The good Mrs Leixlip1 and I are currently running up against that brick wall that is known as the Lloyds-TSB Collections Dept!
Does anyone (possibly doing their own dmp like us) have account details i.e. sort code and a/c number so we can set up standing orders to make our dmp payments.............Lloyds have refused all requests for these details and prefer to leave several moths payments (identified for the loans and in line with agreements made) in our current account (only left open for dmp purposes). Even the Financial Ombudsman has failed to elicit these details for me!
Anyone else had a similar problem?

I have a paying in book that I use let me dig it out see if there is any sort of theory there.0

hmm dug all my correspondance out and paying in book, there is a sort code account number on paying in book and then under our name is a number which does not resemble our old credit card, but when I look at a recent full and final offer they sent out the same number is classed as our debt reference number.
I will dig in deeper into my file see if they ever supplied anything else.0 -
Payplan just pay my DMP payments for my Credit Card to the same Account / Sort Code as I used to use for normal payments.
for my current account (overdraft) payments, I just pay in as normal (But obviously don't use the account).LBM : March 2008

Thanks Rayday and Tigert - I think the easiest solution is to transfer out all of the payments made, (I can still access my account via internet banking dedspite owing them money!) and send Lloyds a cheque referencing each loan a/c and then send them payment by cheque each month.
I suspect they will get fed up with us and pass on to a dca.
Thanks again.0 -
I was hoping Lloyds would get fed up two years on they still have me on there books - I must be really nice

Good one! I have no problem with their credit card operations - they even thanked me for a financial review I sent them but Collections at Brighton have been a nightmare.
2 x complaints to the FOS have netted me £200 in compensation plus they voluntarily made an ex-gratia payment of £50 to us when we first complained - but still the same problems exist. It's a battle of wills now...I think even the Ombudsman is fed up with us!0 -
Same here credit cards are fine - just send the money, one blip we did a review and upped our payments and they rejected them but we ignored them and send the new amount anyway. They haven't added any interest on but still on the statements the amount it says they want is the old amount.
But the bank account was a nightmare, took official complaints, never got ombudsman involved because I got a payment book, interest refunded and a case of wine, oh and accepted payments for a year. But it was like pulling teeth I daren't push it for standing order details I just keep my payment book for now.0
