DMP advice - Claim back charges too!

So I've just posted out all my letters advising I'm having trouble and I've asked for my accounts to be held for 28 days while I get advice etc. I've also asked for them all to send me up to date balances.
Some of my credit cards have had charges incurred on them especially when I got into a big argument with HSBC and they cancelled all my direct debits!
When I send my next letters out with my SOA would it be tooooo cheeky to also ask for any charges to be credited from the account at the same time or should I do all that separately?
Any advice is greatly appreciated

I personally would wait until you have accepted payments on your DMP and suspended interest then claim them back.0

Hi
I too started my DMP recently (Apr/May) and have some charges to claim back but I am going to wait until they accept my DMP first, some will some wont, some wont even reply so dont hold your breath for them to respond at all I would say !

Yeh, I would wait until you've sorted out the DMP stuff then send out seperate claims for the charge refunds.
