I take that as a no then!

I sent a Full and Final Settlement offer letter to a DCA last week.

I got a letter back in the post saying: Thank you for your letter, please find enclosed payment slips for you to make payment to us.

And the amount on the letter was still the originial debt amount.

Should i resend the F&F letter?

In other words, they are hoping you send the payment that you wanted to be a full and final settlement, but as they have not agreed to this, will still come after you for the outstanding amount.

You can resend the letter, but i'd amend it slightly to highlight that the offer is for a limited time as you may not have the funds available after a certain date. Wait until they send a letter agreeing Full and Final Settlement before sending payment.
