A bit of a strange one and slightly off what you want, but we replaced some of the milk in pancakes with Baileys. Ok we ran out of milk and that was the nearest thing after a few drinks... BUT it tasted fab. So a suggestion replace milk with Baileys.0

I know Jamie Oliver had a recipe that had Baileys in Bread and Butter pudding, my SIL made it for us one and it was delish. Sorry dont have the recipe but you may be able to search for it online.

My nan does a cake with ginger nuts and other hard biscuits and grated chocolate soaked in baileys, tia maria, cointreau and kirsch (and who know what else). I asked her how to make it and she told me I couldn't afford it
ouch! :rotfl: might be worth a google anyway (she is a supercook devotee if that helps). Wouldn't recommend driving after it

It's not a cake but a pudding, a very very nice pudding.

Bailey's is also delicious poured over vanilla ice-cream as a 'sauce'"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."
