Hey guys,
Just a quick request and many thanks for any help which you are able to offer.
I am a student and currently looking for a small hifi system. I'd like it to include 2 speakers, preferably 5w or above and a cd player and for it to be as cheap as possible!!!
Many thanks again for any suggestions,
Stu :j

Do you want a hifi or just something to play music on? For the latter, try Argos etc. For the former, Richersounds is the place to go.I really must stop loafing and get back to work...0

hey,
im looking for something that i can use to play my cds on basically for my room at uni. i wasnt looking to be spending more than £30 but argos seems to cost more than that.0 -
Will you be taking a computer to uni? You could always play CDs through that like I didGetting Married 19/02/110

hey louise,
Yeh i have a laptop which i use for uni but sometimes i like to turn off my laptop or have music on when im sleeping which i can easily turn off through use of a remote etc. Obviously i dont want to spend my entire student loan on this, was just an idea for a nice luxury!
Thanks for all replies so far,

what about a personal cd player with one of those tdk outloud cd cases?
the cd player would cost you around £10 for quite a good make.
and i picked up one of those tdk outloud cases for £4 from a qd store for my daughter,it sounds better than those cheap stereos and it has nxt flat panel speakers in it,also carrys about 24 cds and possibly the cd player?
try ebay if you dont have a qd store nearby.
hope this helps0 -
forgot to mention that you can use the tdk outloud case on your laptop as well for a better quality sound.0

What about Ebuyer.com? They have one for £10.99 incl VAT+ P&p£5 (quick code 079888). More value if you need any other product form this site, slightly cheaper with supersaver delivery.0

if you want i could pick one up for you and send it,total cost would probably be about £10 with special delivery next day.
