    It wont go to court, trust me. They will have bought the debt as part of a package of thousands of others. Probably paying no more than 6p in the £.

    Dont worry, We will help you through this. Just keep posting and giving us updates and we will let you know what to do and what to send if they do reply back to you.

    Global are very sneaky - before I went on my DMP I had one of their collectors doing the "nice female teacher" voice who even rang my parents and told them CCCS were a fee charging agency!!! I'd second the advice given above and don't give them any ammo you don't have to.
