Dear All
I've started the ball rolling with offering pro rata payments and my creditors are accepting. I have one creditor that has asked for copies of my wage slip and bank details which really threw me is that aloud?
Can anyone shed any light please?
Thanks

Have a look at
https://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk as there are some fact sheets and templates that you can download with loads of info on. I'm sure i read that they cannot request copies of your bank statements and wage slips as i'm sure thye wouldn't be asked for in a court of law but check on the web site it will tell you there. HTH and good luck0 -

thanks i've just called national Debt line.co.uk and they explained that your not obliged to give it to them but if they are being difficult you can copy you bank statement for instance and black out any outgoings and literally show you wages going in so technically you've given them the info they've requested.
Thanks a bunch i didn't want them trying to stick me for more money i can't afford...
