Experian - What do i do now since signing up?

Today i signed up with experian credit to get a free 30 day trial.
I filled in the details, but they only asked for my house number and post code but i live in a flat which i found unusual for them not to ask flat number.
They also requested my card details so that when 30 days is over and i have not opted out they charge me £6.99 a month.
i filled in all the details, print screened my login details just incase and they said to sign in with user name, password and chosen word.
I clicked the link, but it only had the first two. so i signed in and it came back unknown.
i tried forgot password - again it came back unknown
I have no emails confirming i signed up, and no one is getting back to me!
can someone tell me if they have signed up and what they experienced, im getting a bit edgy, im funny about signing up to things which require card things on the net. plus also what to do to opt out of the 30 day trial because if its got these sorts of probs im not sure if i wanna keep with them after the trial.
they also dont have a login link on their website, i had to google experian login to see if i coudl sign in again.
its unusual i think!
