Anyone got it I am really cheesed off with these guys and my reidirection of mail, and I am getting nowhere talking to the staff.........

hmmmm. ..... i should imagine the phrase "you'll be lucky" applies to this question! Put it this way - if you were the head honcho of probably the worst company for customer service in the UK (world...?) would YOU make yourself easily contactable....???
