Do you Know "Shoosmith" ??

Does anyone have any information on a Firm Called "Shoosmith" ? they have just taken on a "Nat West" Debt (I have never missed a payment since the re-payment plan was setup by the CAB), now this firm have told me that they are going to take "Court Action",, Just want to find out about them if anyone has any info.

What exactly do they say about the court action? Do they say they are taking you to court or is it a "may result in court action" letter?
They seem to be a solicitors company in Northampton. I would advise writing to them offerring the same payment agreement as you had with Natwest (if you can still afford this) or if possible make a F&F settlement offer?
The nationaldebtline letters are probably the best for this and i remember they also have one that covers: if you do not want to go to court but they are refusing payments, which reads quite well.
