Totally depressed - I dont know what to do

well after being so determined and setting up my 500 challenge my situation has taken a very sharp nose dive for the worse.

All the extra work I had which gave me around 600 quid extra a month has gone - this particular gym have completely taken advantage of me and redistributed or cancelled the work I did which means I now have no extra money and not a cat in hells chance of making ends meet let alone paying my debt.

The details around the work disappearing are rather complicated and I'm in two minds whether to fight it or not. I am sooo disappointed as I was so determined and its been taken away from me. I have some things I can sell on ebay but not enough to meet my challenge.

Its the same story all over again - total failure.

My birthday in 2 days time and I feel completely crap and have no money to even treat myself. Good times or what......

Sees to me threare two issues here

1) lack of income/financial = practical stuff
2) feeling carp = emotional stuff

My guess is that this particular event in itself is not the trigger and there is other stuff going on for you.

First thing....big big hugs and well done to post.
You ARE a very special person...and you ARE valued....and if, (like me) you dont/didn't love yourself, well then that is the first course of action.

Practical stuff can be sorted.....but you need tpo have your head in the right place.

You have clearly been through a much tougher time then this thread suggests..,..we are here fo you. PM Me..you are not alone

for me it was the whole of this bloomin month
not content with having 5 bdays and 2 christenings to fork out for
weve just had a ££££'s bill for the car!the number of pound sign does correspond to the number of numbers in the bill before the decimal!
can i just say that your not a failure
it wasnt in your hands
they took it from you its not your fault
remember to tell your creditors that your short -they might be able to arrange something for you
is there anything that you can do for free on your bday?
this could be a challenge to take your mind off it for a bit--find a treat for free!
you have to have one day of not worrying especially on your bday

Thanks for your replies guys. I have been calling the gym and am hopefully going in this afternoon. I aired my grievances and the manager said that he wasn't aware of the extent that it had gone to and he is going to try and sort it so hopefully I will still have some work from them.

My mum bless her has offered to pay the rent for the first month in our new place and I dont have to pay her it back. She was going to buy us a sofa but our apartment is furnished and so we dont need it so she told me last night whilst I was crying my eyes out that she would do that.

I'm going to try and get my leaflets out and pick up my community classes a bit for extra cash. Anyone know where you can get free printing?

Your not in London or near London are you? There's usually some free stuff or other to do. For instance this weekend it's West End Live. Loads of musicals doing excerpts for free in Leicester square. If not check out the local paper/look at your county/towns what's on section on the interweb - there might be something on near you.
