I am in the same boat, i have been entering the comps ending list for about 6 weeks now and am feeling really fed up cos i haven't won anything! I love reading what everyone else has won and think well if they can win then i must be able to too!!

It took me 4 weeks of entering EVERYTHING before I won my first prize. I just do the 'comps ending' thread now plus anything in the local newspapers....they don't seem to get many entries.

i remeber when i first started comping,after a bit i got bored of not winning anything,so i diddnt do any,then a few prizes came through,so then i started doing them again,then nothingthen a few more prizes came,then i started doing them regular regular then the prizes started comming its a case of perservering and sticking with it,when youve done the competitions,forget about them,and its a lovely suprise when you get a fonecall or an email or something just turn up at the door,because its so unexpected,where as if you check your emails all the time,or wait for post,nothing never happens,its when you least expect it that it happens belive me i know lol,good luck xxxxxxxxxxx

Hi everyone thanks for all the great replies I feel remotivated. I enjoy entering the comps and will treat it as a bonus if I win. Thanks Elaine.

Also don't forget that a lot of the companies running the comps take weeks to send prizes sometimes, and often don't inform you that you've won before hand. You may already be a winner! I've been quite lucky, but am having a quiet patch right now, but i know it won't be long before more prizes come my way! Still waiting for the big one though...cash, a holiday, or a car....i can dream!
