Any good?

Down at my local Poundland I bought a pack of 7 'Non Drowsy Hayfever & Allergy Relief' tablets. Are they any good. I'll be taking the first tablet tonight. The dose is one tablet a day. The company making them is called Galpharm and each tablet contains 10mg of antihistamine loratadine.

I am not a medical person, but I am fairly sure that Galpharm make quite a few 'standard' medicines for sale over the counter, and that loratadine is a 'standard' hayfever preparation. In fact I've just googled this to check.
