.....its amazing what happens when you threaten them with action!
Following on from this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=974113
I emailed all the addresses on handbag.com I could find last night with the whole history and the threat of reporting them to the Institute of Sales Promotion if I didn't have a satisfactory response in 3 days and lo and behold I now have an email from them!
We have contacted the PR agency responsible for sending you the prize and they assure us that it is on its way to you. Please let us know whether it arrives within the next 5 days.
We have replied to you on several occasions, both by email and by Private Messaging on the handbag.com forums - have you not received this communication?
Please accept our apologies for this prize still not being with you - we will be asking PR agencies to send us the prizes in advance so that we can ensure they are sent out on time by doing it ourselves.
Very strange how I never received these emails yet I have received this one - and stranger too that there was no PM from them yesterday in my inbox yet today there is one flagged as urgent dated 22nd May :rolleyes:

Well done, it's typical that they reply now aint it, and it does seem that they have just magic'd a pm put of nowhere!
It reminds me of a thread I read awhile ago when Pretty Polly tights were giving away free tights with a promotion code, hardly anyone received them so one person mailed them saying I applied for these in October (when they hadn't really applied til November) blah blah etc.
And pretty polly replied saying that they had their details and can assure them that a pair of tights were sent to them on October 10th (or some specific date). And they were like, well that's funny, cuz I didn't really apply til November haha, busted lol! Lies, lies. :rotfl:
Anyway, re: your other thread, yeah the ISP were who I read you can report them to. Havn't threatened my two cases with ISP yet but will do next week and i'll let you know what happens
